HIRING LEAD JOBSITE FOREMAN
Brite Electric Inc is looking for a dependable, experienced Lead Jobsite Foreman to run commercial electrical jobs in the Franklin, KY area. This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to manage a crew, keep projects organized, and make sure the work is done right.
You will be responsible for overseeing commercial job sites from the field, coordinating workflow, reading and interpreting prints, maintaining production, and keeping quality and safety standards in place from start to finish.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean work, strong communication, and keeping a job on track without babysitting. We need somebody who can lead by example, solve problems in the field, and keep the crew moving.
Brite Electric has been in business for over 25 years and continues to provide steady commercial work year-round. Our work stays local, our expectations are high, and our team takes pride in doing things right.
We are looking for a seasoned foreman with 10+ years of electrical experience, including strong commercial field experience and proven leadership on active job sites.
The right candidate should be comfortable:
- Leading a crew and keeping work on schedule
- Reading blueprints and layout plans
- Coordinating material, manpower, and daily job flow
- Communicating clearly with the office, contractors, and crew
- Catching issues early and keeping jobs moving efficiently
- Holding the standard for workmanship, safety, and accountability
This is local commercial work within roughly a 50-mile radius of Franklin, KY, so you can stay close to home and still run solid projects.
- 10+ years of electrical experience
- Strong commercial electrical background
- Proven experience leading crews on active job sites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to keep projects organized, productive, and on schedule
- $30 to $45 per hour, based on experience
